2. Rental Requirements
To rent a vehicle, the renter must:
Be at least 18 years old (age requirements may vary depending on vehicle type)
Hold a valid driving license required for the selected vehicle (EU or International or from your country )
Present a valid ID or passport
Have a valid payment method
The company reserves the right to refuse rental if requirements are not met.
3. Booking & Payments
All bookings can be made online through our website or in person.
Full or partial payment may be required at the time of booking.
Prices include basic rental charges and any services explicitly listed.
Any additional services (upgrades, accessories, extensions) are charged separately.
All payments are processed securely.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
Free cancellation is available up to a specified time before the rental start (as stated during booking).
Late cancellations or no-shows may result in partial or full charge.
Refunds, when applicable, will be processed using the original payment method.
5. Vehicle Use & Responsibility
The renter agrees to:
Use the vehicle responsibly and according to Greek traffic laws
Not allow any unauthorized person to operate the vehicle
Not use the vehicle under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or illegal substances
Not use the vehicle for racing, off-road use (unless permitted), or illegal activities
The renter is fully responsible for fines, penalties, or violations incurred during the rental period.
6. Damage, Loss & Accidents
The renter is responsible for any damage, loss, or theft of the vehicle during the rental period.
In case of an accident, the renter must immediately notify our company and local authorities.
Insurance coverage is valid only if the renter complies with the Terms and Greek law.
Any damage not covered by insurance is the renter’s responsibility.
7. Insurance
Basic insurance may be included depending on the vehicle. Optional insurance upgrades may be available at extra cost.
Insurance does not cover:
Negligent or reckless driving
Driving under the influence
Unauthorized drivers
Loss or damage to personal belongings
8. Delivery & Return
Vehicles may be delivered to and collected from agreed locations in Mykonos.
The vehicle must be returned at the agreed time and in the same condition as received.
Late returns may incur additional charges.
9. Liability
Our company is not liable for:
Personal injury or death caused by misuse or negligence
Loss or damage to personal items
Delays or cancellations due to weather, force majeure, or circumstances beyond our control
10. Privacy & Data Protection
Personal data collected during booking is used solely for rental and legal purposes and handled according to applicable data protection laws. We do not share personal information with third parties unless required by law.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Greece. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Greece.
